The Frontier logo was updated with a modern sans-serif typeface, creating a friendly and legible wordmark. A comprehensive set of brand guidelines was also developed, covering brand application examples, tone of voice guidance, and technical specifications for working with Frontier’s illustrative visual design system.

Website Development
A redesigned Wordpress website was built, mapping both the candidate experience and streamlining client service offerings. A secure, employee-only section was also built as a central repository for links to employee benefit information and the company’s timesheet app.

Performance Ad Campaigns
Several performance ad campaigns were created to drive new business lines, ESG engagement and promotion of Frontier’s consistent and highly regarded ‘Top 10 employer’ status.

The website saw a 35% increase in web traffic in the first three months post-launch, increasing to more than 60% one year post-launch. It resulted in a marked uptake in candidate recruitment, new business and additional service requests from current clients.

All performance ad campaigns generated strong engagement and conversion rates due to Bermuda being a niche geographic area for ad targeting. Targeting was expanded for certain campaigns (i.e. Frontier’s post-secondary Scholarship Program) with similarly strong engagement metrics.
